Custom molybdenum-alloy parts in TZM and Mo-La. TZM (Mo with 0.4–0.55% Ti, 0.06–0.12% Zr and 0.01–0.04% C) forms Mo-Ti / Mo-Zr solid solutions and dispersed TiC / ZrC particles that solid-solution and dispersion strengthen the alloy, raising the recrystallization temperature and high-temperature mechanical properties. Supplied as machined components from rod Ø1–150 mm and plate 0.5–50 mm.
